Welcome to BM Jewelers. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Incorrect pricing or product information.

Suspected fraudulent activity.

Inability to verify customer information.

Any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
2. Order Confirmation
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
If we are unable to contact you or receive confirmation within 4 days, your order may be cancelled and the item(s) returned to stock.
3. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are accurate.
However:

As every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in finish, texture, gemstone pattern, or weight may occur.

Natural gemstones may differ slightly in colour, inclusions, or pattern.

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and different screen settings.
These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
4. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Jewellery
Custom-made, engraved, resized, personalised, or bespoke jewellery is specially crafted for each customer.
Therefore:

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Bespoke jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
BM Jewelers reserves the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
International customers must complete payment before dispatch.
All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. BM Jewelers does not store your debit or credit card information.
7. Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on the product.

Ready-to-Ship Jewellery: 3–4 working days within Pakistan.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Jewellery: 7–12 working days before dispatch.
International delivery times depend on the destination country and customs processing.

8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchange Policy.
Please review that policy before placing your order.
9. Ring Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size before placing an order.
If you are unsure of your size, please contact us before ordering.
Incorrect sizes selected by the customer do not qualify for free returns or refunds.
10. Warranty
BM Jewelers guarantees that every piece is handcrafted using the materials described in the product listing.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Scratches or dents caused by everyday use.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, chemicals, or improper care.

Stone loss resulting from impact or mishandling.
11. Intellectual Property
All photographs, product descriptions, logos, branding, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of BM Jewelers.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
BM Jewelers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
13. Privacy
Your personal information is collected solely for processing orders, providing customer support, and improving your shopping experience.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan.
