Delivery Time – Pakistan
All orders are processed after order confirmation.
- Ready-to-Ship Jewellery: Delivered within 3–4 working days across Pakistan.
- Bespoke & Made-to-Order Jewellery: Handcrafted specifically for you and typically requires 7–8 working days before dispatch.
We offer FREE delivery across Pakistan on all orders. Orders are shipped via Leopard Courier with Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide. A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched.
For remote areas, we may ship via Pakistan Post, where delivery can take 3–10 working days, depending on the location.
Delivery Time – International
International orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners, including DHL, SkyNet Worldwide Express, and other reputable carriers.
- Ready-to-Ship Jewellery: Dispatched within 2–3 working days.
- Bespoke & Made-to-Order Jewellery: Dispatched within 7–12 working days after order confirmation.
Once dispatched, international deliveries generally arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance. A tracking number is provided for every shipment.
Delivery Charges
Pakistan
FREE delivery on all orders across Pakistan. There are no shipping or delivery charges, regardless of order value.
International
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order.
International Remote Area Surcharge
Some towns and cities are classified as remote areas by DHL and other international courier services. Orders shipped to these locations may incur an additional remote area surcharge.
The shipping charges displayed at checkout apply to standard delivery locations only. If your shipping address falls within a remote area, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange payment of the additional courier surcharge. If you choose not to proceed, any prepaid amount will be refunded.
If your delivery address is located far from a major regional center, we recommend contacting us before placing your order. We will be happy to verify whether your address is classified as a remote area and provide an estimate of any additional shipping charges.
